HomeSpecs, Inc. was founded in 2001 by Steve Sakhleh.

After Graduating High school in Central Florida & throughout his career, Steve Sakhleh has continued his education & Received Certifications in Applied Electricity, A/C, Heating & Refrigeration, Refrigerant Transition & Recovery “Types 1, 2 & 3”, Also Completed an intensive Mold and Healthy Home Training Course along with Many hours of approved continuing education by Florida Association of Building Inspectors, “FABI“, American Society of Home Inspectors, “ASHI”, & National Association of home inspectors, “NAHI”, and Countless hours of hands on field experience in all of the above. In 2012 Steve Completed the General Contractors Licensing Requirements successfully in Florida.
